Registered Manager – Children's Home Location: Loughborough, LE11 Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per year Hours: Flexible Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children's residential home in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care, leading a strong team and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. About You You will need: * Level 3/4 qualification in Children's Residential Care or equivalent * Working towards a Level 5 qualification * Minimum 2 years' experience in a children's residential home * Previous senior, supervisory or management experience * Good knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards * Strong leadership and communication skills The Role You will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, including: * Leading and developing the residential care team * Ensuring high-quality, individualised care * Maintaining safeguarding and regulatory standards * Overseeing care plans, documentation and staff supervision * Working with social workers, families and other professionals * Supporting Ofsted inspections and ongoing compliance What's on Offer * Salary up to £45,000 per year * Flexible working arrangements * Support towards completing your Level 5 * Training and development opportunities * Career progression within a growing organisation * Supportive working environment Right to Work Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
