Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: Monday to Wednesday 6am - 6pm
- Week 2: Thursday to Saturday 6am - 6pm
- Week 3: Monday to Wednesday 6pm - 6am

We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printer to join the production team, operating high-spec machinery in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
What you will be doing:
- Press Operation: handling everything from plate loading to registration.
- Maintaining colour consistency and conducting quality checks.
- Mixing inks to spec and managing stock levels of paper, plates, and consumables to minimize waste.
- Keeping the wheels turning through routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and active participation maintenance.
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience as a Lithographic Printer
- An understanding of both UV and conventional print processes.
- Colour management skills and a "right first time" attitude.
- The ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print issues.
- A flexible approach to shift work and a positive, team-focused work ethic.
