Class 2 Night Driver to join a well-established transport and distribution business based in Croydon.

Working as part of a two-person crew alongside a driver's mate, you'll complete scheduled multi-drop deliveries across London, ensuring customers receive a professional and reliable service.

The Role

  • Completing scheduled multi-drop deliveries across London
  • Working alongside a dedicated driver's mate on every shift
  • Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and defect reporting
  • Ensuring goods are loaded, secured and delivered safely
  • Completing delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately
  • Maintaining excellent customer service at every delivery point
  • Communicating with the transport office regarding any delays or issues
  • Working in full compliance with Drivers' Hours Regulations and company procedures
  • Keeping vehicles clean, safe and roadworthy

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Driver CPC Qualification
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 1 year's Class 2 driving experience
  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
  • Comfortable completing multi-drop deliveries across London
  • Experience working with a driver's mate is advantageous
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, professional and safety focused
  • No more than 6 penalty points and no major driving convictions (subject to insurance criteria)
