Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced office environment in a role that plays a key part in delivering projects from enquiry through to installation. This position would suit a recent graduate with CAD experience or an individual with a strong technical mindset looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward‑thinking company. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Producing and amending 2D CAD drawings for commercial ventilation and HVAC projects
- Preparing detailed quotations and costings based on client specifications
- Liaising with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates
- Coordinating project enquiries and maintaining accurate records for installation teams
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not essential
