We’re recruiting Support Workers to provide person‑centred care to young adults, with a combination of physical and/or learning disabilities, care and support at a charity‑led Independent Supported Living environment. The facility consists of 10 self‑contained bungalows – all with onsite staff facilities and car parking.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping individuals live as independently as possible by assisting with everyday tasks including:
- Cooking
- Cleaning
- Organising social activities
- Supporting with health appointments
You’ll play an important role in improving their quality of life by offering day‑to‑day support, emotional encouragement, and meaningful engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities.
- Strong communicators with a proactive attitude.
- Willing to travel within the local area.
- This is a 24/7 service – Support Workers must be willing to work both days and nights.
