About the Role: We are looking to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker for our client in the North West that specialises in providing high quality support to individuals with complex needs. This role will involve supporting an individual with a Learning Disabilities and Autism diagnosis that also has Mental Health needs, within a supported living environment in Rossendale. This is a hands-on role that requires patience, understanding, and experience working with adults with complex needs, including supporting service users with mental health conditions. Our client would also require a candidate that is flexible to work a variety of shift patterns including day shift and night shift as well as the expectation to work alternate weekends on a rota basis alongside other members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to service users with Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs.
- Support daily living activities, promoting independence and choice.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team.
