Residential Childcare Worker Ashington, Northumberland Competitive Rates Permanent We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our client as Residential Childcare Workers at their Residential Children’s Home in Fenham, Newcastle. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will receive comprehensive support and training to excel in your role. We provide an incentivised funding scheme to help you obtain the required qualifications for this position. Flexible contract options, including full-time (40 hours), part-time (26 hours). Our client prioritises the well-being and relationships of the children in their care. They provide a safe, warm, and comfortable environment for up to five children and young people aged between 8 and 17 years old. Their residents may have mild to moderate learning disabilities, have experienced trauma, or exhibit emotional or behavioral difficulties.
