We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead and develop Children’s home, supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership and management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
• Promote a child-centred, therapeutic approach to care that meets the individual needs of each young person.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care professionals, ensuring high standards of training, supervision, and support.
• Manage referrals, placements, and transitions to ensure stability and the best possible outcomes for children.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management.
