They’re now welcoming Production Operatives to join the team on a long‑term basis, with immediate starts available. The Role
- As a Production Operative, you’ll be part of a close‑knit production team, where quality, safety and teamwork matter.
- You’ll Be Trained To:
- Use specialist equipment such as air tools, spray guns and hog rings
- Assemble and produce high‑quality automotive components
- Carry out visual quality checks on your own work
- Follow clear health & safety processes designed to keep everyone safe
- Support your teammates to keep production running smoothly
No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll learn valuable skills used across modern manufacturing.
Shift Pattern
- This role operates on a two‑shift rotation:
- Days: Monday – Thursday 6:45 am – 3 pm, Friday 6:45 am – 2:30 pm
- Lates: Monday – Thursday 4:20 pm – 00:35, Friday 2:55 pm – 10:40 pm
You’ll need to be flexible to work all shifts and overtime when required. Shift premiums reflect this flexibility.

- Manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential—full training is provided
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team in a structured environment
- Experience in care, retail, hospitality, warehousing or production is highly transferable
