We are looking for caring, reliable and enthusiastic Personal Assistants to support adults to live independently in their own homes and communities. This is a varied and rewarding role focused on helping people maintain their independence, make their own choices and enjoy fulfilling lives.
The Role
- Providing person-centred support based around each individual's needs, preferences and goals.
- Supporting independence, choice and everyday living skills.
- Providing personal care where required.
- Helping with cooking, cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
- Supporting people to access activities and their local community.
- Providing emotional and social support.
- Supporting health and wellbeing.
- Working with families and healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures.
About You
- Caring, compassionate and respectful.

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Committed to promoting dignity, choice and independence.
- Previous care or support experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable, but we are equally interested in candidates with the right values and attitude.

Working Hours
Flexibility is required, with shifts potentially including evenings, weekends and bank holidays depending on the needs of the people you support. Successful applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS and barring check, satisfactory references, right to work checks and other relevant pre-employment checks.
