We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Night Worker to help ensure the safety, wellbeing and support of residents within a supported housing environment. Working overnight, you will provide a safe and welcoming service, respond to incidents, and offer practical support to vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors and the building throughout the night.
- Carry out regular patrols, welfare checks and property inspections.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies and challenging situations, completing accurate reports.
- Provide support, guidance and reassurance to residents when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
- Monitor access to the building and manage enquiries, phone calls and visitors.
- Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records using paper and computer systems.
- Report maintenance, health and safety issues as required.
