Due to continued growth, Pin Point Recruitment is expanding our Education division in Middlesbrough and we’re looking for an ambitious, driven consultant to join our successful team. You’ll take ownership of existing client accounts while also developing new business opportunities across the education sector. From sourcing quality candidates to managing bookings, payroll and client relationships, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding recruitment service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing existing education sector accounts
- Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates
- Filling temporary and permanent education vacancies
- Managing bookings, candidate compliance and payroll processes
