Pin Point Health is looking for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to join our busy Gateshead team. This is a fast-paced hot desk managing temporary healthcare workers and client accounts across adult social care, children's services, local authorities and complex care.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, filling temporary staffing requirements and building strong relationships with clients and workers.

The Role:

  • Manage a busy temporary healthcare recruitment desk
  • Coordinate and fill high volumes of temporary shifts
  • Manage workers across adults, children's, local authority and complex care services
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Use neutral/master vendor systems to manage bookings and requirements
  • Coordinate worker availability and last-minute cover
  • Work closely with compliance to ensure workers are ready for placement
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Conduct client meetings and service visits
  • Participate in the shared out-of-hours on-call rota

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or temporary staffing
  • Neutral/master vendor system experience essential
  • Experience managing a busy hot desk/temp workforce
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and ability to work at pace
  • Confident managing high volumes of bookings and workers
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience across children's services, adult social care, local authorities or complex care would be advantageous.
