About the Role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Assessment Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with families to assess their needs and provide support, helping to create positive outcomes for children and families. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, reporting on findings, and offering advice and recommendations to support families during critical periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of family dynamics, child development, and the home environment.
- Provide support and guidance to families to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Create detailed reports based on assessments and present them to relevant stakeholders.
