We are currently looking to recruit experienced Support Workers to work with adults who have learning difficulties within a supported living service. Medication assessment and training will be provided.
The Role:
- Supporting older adults with severe learning disabilities in a block of supported living flats.
- Providing help with day to day tasks such as preparing meals.
- Including personal care.
The Person:
- A minimum of 12 months experience within a healthcare environment, preferably supporting clients with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviour or mental health needs.
- The ability to be patient and calm under pressure.
- Easily adaptable to new environments.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Access to your own transport is desirable, however this is not essential.
- Flexible to work within multiple environments on a weekly basis depending on the requirements of our clients.
