THE ROLE

We’re looking for a high‑impact Supply Chain Manager to drive efficiency and support growth across our operations. The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain, ensuring suppliers are effectively sourced, managed, and developed to support operational delivery and business growth. Acting as a central coordinator, you’ll drive efficiency, scalability, and strong commercial alignment, while building high‑performing supplier relationships that consistently meet service expectations. You’ll oversee supplier onboarding, performance management, and pricing strategy, working closely with Sales and Finance to support tenders and RFQs with accurate, competitive pricing. By monitoring KPIs, identifying improvements, and providing insight into market trends and cost drivers, you’ll strengthen service delivery, control costs, and help secure new business opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Source, onboard, and manage suppliers, negotiating contracts and SLAs
  • Build strong supplier relationships to support delivery and growth
  • Monitor performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate, competitive pricing models and rate cards
  • Support tenders and RFQs with commercially sound pricing submissions
  • Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, control costs, and support growth

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Supply chain or procurement experience with strong supplier management skills
  • Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset and pricing experience
  • Data‑driven, organised, and detail‑focused
  • Strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Proactive, adaptable, and delivery‑focused
  • Experience in print, mailing or fulfilment, with good Excel skills
