THE ROLE
Are you energetic, organised and great with people? We're looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team and help deliver high-quality print and digital communications for our clients.
In this fast-paced role, you'll manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and keep everything running smoothly across our print, direct mail, data, digital communications, and fulfilment services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Manage marketing print & mailing projects from brief to delivery
- Coordinate artwork, data, production, and dispatch
- Check proofs and data for accuracy and quality
- Work with suppliers, negotiate costs and maintain standards
- Track budgets and timelines
- Solve problems quickly and keep clients updated

- Print experience in either marketing print, direct mail and/or digital communications
