We’re looking for a commercially driven Project Delivery Manager to take ownership of both project delivery and revenue growth in a fast‑paced home services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and spotting opportunities while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the customer journey from enquiry to completion
  • Drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and repeat business
  • Convert enquiries into profitable projects
  • Build long‑term relationships that lead to referrals and retention
  • Oversee project delivery; ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with engineers, franchisees, and internal teams to maximise outcomes
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in construction, property services, or home improvement
  • Strong sales and business development mindset
  • Confident managing customers in a B2C environment
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts
  • Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable both on‑site and in the office
