Pimlico Plumbers, London’s No.1 premium home services provider, is looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations to play a pivotal role in the next phase of our growth. Reporting to the UK Managing Director, this is a senior, hands-on leadership position with responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the brand, ensuring strategic plans are effectively translated into operational execution.
About the role:
- You’ll work closely with the leadership team to align business functions, drive commercial performance, and deliver key strategic initiatives.
- A major focus of the role will be overseeing the delivery of a new, brand-defining showroom project, alongside continuous improvement across operations.
- You’ll have responsibility for core operational functions including HR, IT, Health & Safety, Transport and Facilities, while building strong relationships with franchisees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
