The Role

Reporting to the UK Managing Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational performance of the Pimlico brand. You'll align teams, optimise processes, and drive commercial growth while maintaining the premium service standards the brand is known for. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational delivery across service, HR, IT, H&S, transport and facilities
  • Translate strategy into operational execution and measurable performance
