We’re looking for a commercially driven Project Delivery Manager to take ownership of both project delivery and revenue growth in a fast-paced home services environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, and spotting opportunities while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
What You’ll Do- Own the customer journey from enquiry to completion
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business
- Convert enquiries into profitable projects
- Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and retention
- Oversee project delivery; ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with engineers, franchisees, and internal teams to maximise outcomes
- Experience in construction, property services, or home improvement
- Strong sales and business development mindset
- Confident managing customers in a B2C environment
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable both on-site and in the office
