On behalf of our client, a respected organization in the business consulting and services sector, we are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Data Analyst. This full-time role is ideal for recent graduates or aspiring professionals seeking to establish a career in data analysis.

Please note: Onboarding will be conducted in person at our client’s London office.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Data Analyst, your role will involve supporting data-driven initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders. Core responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with data gathering, research activities, and preliminary analysis
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows
  • Creating and updating visual dashboards using Power BI
  • Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Presenting findings and insights in an accessible manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Documenting data processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Participating in team meetings and collaborative problem-solving sessions
  • Continuously enhancing technical skills through real-time project exposure and mentorship

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual who is eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and organization
  • Basic understanding of SQL, or a strong interest in developing SQL skills
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly
