Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Data Analyst, your role will involve supporting data-driven initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders. Core responsibilities include:
- Assisting with data gathering, research activities, and preliminary analysis
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of data pipelines and workflows
- Creating and updating visual dashboards using Power BI
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Presenting findings and insights in an accessible manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Documenting data processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Participating in team meetings and collaborative problem-solving sessions
- Continuously enhancing technical skills through real-time project exposure and mentorship
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual who is eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and organization
- Basic understanding of SQL, or a strong interest in developing SQL skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred, not required)
- Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
