We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join a small, friendly team in a busy but supportive customer service environment. This is not a large call centre. You will be part of a close-knit team, handling customer queries, processing orders, and working with a CRM system to deliver a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries
- Processing customer orders accurately using a CRM system
- Managing customer queries from initial contact through to resolution
- Updating CRM records and customer information with a high level of accuracy
