Pimlico Academy is seeking an Assistant Principal for Attendance to lead attendance strategy, safeguarding, and whole-school improvement. The post holder will work within the Senior Leadership Team to drive excellence in teaching, learning, and pupil outcomes while maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding and inclusion.
They will collaborate with families, pastoral leaders, external agencies, and local authorities to ensure pupils attend regularly and thrive academically and personally.
