The successful candidate will support our Senior HR Business Partner in managing and enhancing the needs of our client group focused on selling financial products across the region. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent management, including performance management, campus recruitment, learning and development, and the identification of opportunities to improve HR effectiveness through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Consult employees on mobility, manage family-friendly policies and long-term sickness absence, lead HR transformation projects, and update/create policy documents.
  • Support talent cycle processes, assist in performance reviews, consult on employee relations issues, and provide analytical support for performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with campus recruitment teams, understand resourcing requirements, and support immigration management for Intern, Analyst, and Associate programs.
  • Utilize and develop talent development resources, identify training needs, and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Support HR initiatives such as succession planning and employee engagement programs, create action plans following engagement surveys, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Facilitate process improvements across People Operations, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and employee experience in areas such as Leave of Absence management and Regulatory Referencing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities, leveraging AI-driven solutions to streamline HR operations, enhance data-driven insights, reduce administrative burden, and enable more strategic business support.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and digital tools that improve service delivery, operational effectiveness, and decision-making across HR processes.
