The successful candidate will focus on underwriting, assist with the sourcing and execution of real estate and related investments across the EMEA region, and provide support for asset management efforts.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Support transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exits* Support financing activities for both new and existing investments, including evaluation of different financing options, legal coordination and negotiation with lenders* Support the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committees* Contribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment theses* Work with the EMEA CRE equity asset management team on establishing initial business plans, business plan execution, performance monitoring and reporting, financing and exits of the investments.
