What You'll Do:
- Engage & Prospect: Identify and connect with manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. Research, outreach, and craft tailored messaging via email, LinkedIn, phone, and events. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers and engage with personalised outreach.
- Outreach & Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. Open conversations with senior stakeholders, understanding their challenges and positioning Pimberly effectively. Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and convert into sales opportunities.
- Solve & Qualify: Understand challenges in product data management and position Pimberly as the solution. Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and assess business needs.
- Drive Pipeline & CRM Management: Develop outbound opportunities and convert inbound leads into qualified sales discussions. Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, prospect interactions, and lead progression in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce). Track key performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) and continuously optimise outreach strategies.
- Measure & Track Success: Performance measured on: Meetings Booked: Securing calls with key decision-makers. Meetings Sat: Ensuring high attendance rates for scheduled meetings. Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs): Identifying and passing high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
- Collaborate & Close: Work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure seamless handovers. Provide insights to refine strategy, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
Who You Are (Preferred not required):
- 0 – 2 years in B2B sales.
- Experience engaging C-level decision-makers.
- Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Confident in cold calling and multi-channel outreach.
