The UK’s number 1 SaaS PIM/DAM platform is building its customer base in the US market and we are building a US focused SDR team from our Manchester HQ. Working directly with the CEO and Sales Team who are based in New York, this is a uniquely exciting time to join Pimberly - you’ll be part of the team trailblazing the way.
About the Role
We’re looking for driven, curious, and coachable Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our growing US team. This is a unique opportunity to launch your career in tech sales and be at the forefront of an exciting and fast-growing SaaS business. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives, marketing team, and leadership to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
As a US SDR at Pimberly, your primary role will be to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers through outreach and discovery. You won’t be left on your own — we provide extensive support, training, and resources to help you succeed and develop into a high-performing sales professional. Our aim is to give you a clear path to promotion into a closing AE role - whether that be in the UK or potentially the US.
- Generate new qualified sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and other channels
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely, consultative, and customer‑centric manner
- Conduct high‑level discovery conversations with prospects to understand their needs and pain points
- Book meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity tracking in Salesforce
- Research accounts and stay current on industry trends to personalize outreach and spark interest
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions to continually grow your skills
0–2 years in B2B sales. Experience engaging C-level decision-makers and mid-level ops roles. Confident in targeted and cold outreach, account research and multi‑channel engagement. Goal‑driven, proactive, and data‑focused. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
