What We’re Looking For: You must have high expectations of yourself, your colleagues, and students and be committed to creating a stimulating learning environment which challenges everyone to achieve the highest standards. You must be highly organised, with the ability to establish effective learning opportunities and support outstanding lessons, encouraging our students to be the best they can.
