The Pilot Group is seeking a French Customer Service representative to join our Customer Service Team in Central Manchester. The role involves working alongside Account Managers to grow sales and develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
You will be the primary contact for customers and suppliers, providing efficient and professional sales support. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales process from order placement to administration
- Liaising with stakeholders including customers, suppliers, vendors, and the internal warehouse
- Ensuring timely product delivery and managing expectations
- Handling general administration for Account Managers, including price lists, quotes, and diary management
Requirements:
- Fluent in French to a business level
- Organised with previous customer service experience
Location: Head Office, Manchester (short walk from Manchester Victoria train station). Commutable from various locations including Greater Manchester, Oldham, and Warrington.
