Join our team at London Oxford Airport as a Pilot Flight Instructor and play a key role in shaping the future of aviation. We are looking for multiple instructors for flying 7 days a week, and we offer flexible working hours to suite within the requirements of the business and individual. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive ground and flight training sessions for students at various skill levels. Tailor instruction to individual learning needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of aviation principles. Provide constructive feedback and assessments to guide student progress. Collaborate with the flight operations team to maintain a safe and effective training environment. Stay abreast of industry regulations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Hold a valid CAA UK CPL or ATPL with FI Rating. License with relevant ratings. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. Live within 1 hour of Oxford Airport or prepared to commute. Preferred Qualifications: Night & Instrument Instruction Restriction removed. Experience in a flight training environment.
