As Captain on our Super King Air B200, you’ll set the tone for every journey—blending precision flying with warm, discreet service. Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of flight on the B200, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship.
- Deliver a polished VIP experience with a calm, customer‑focused approach and absolute discretion.
- Plan and execute non‑scheduled operations efficiently, adapting to changing client needs and timings.
- Work seamlessly within a small team, mentoring and collaborating to ensure on‑time, on‑standard performance.
- Maintain currency, documentation, and aircraft/ops familiarity, including IT systems and digital flight tools.
- Represent Broad Sword professionally at all times, contributing ideas as we grow our portfolio.
Qualifications
- Total time: 1,500 hours
- PIC time: 400 hours
- Instrument time: 100 hours (IR)
- Type rating: Current on Beechcraft Super King Air B200
- Licences: CPL / IR / ME (UK CAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4+
- Eligibility: Open to UK CAA licence holders
Preferred
- Demonstrable experience in VIP, corporate, or charter operations.
- Current UK passport and valid UK driving licence.
- IT literate: confident with MS Office and web‑based systems.
- Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision in a small, agile team.
- Committed, flexible, and eager to help grow our charter portfolio.
- Personable with a genuine, customer‑first mindset.
- Resides within a reasonable travelling distance of Doncaster or Humberside.
Primarily based at Doncaster or Humberside, you’ll enjoy the variety that comes with non‑scheduled VIP flying.
