We are inviting experienced Captains to take the next step in their career with a permanent, Gatwick-based role commencing after successful completion of an A320 Type Rating. What You Will Do
- Operate A320 family aircraft safely and efficiently in a multi-crew environment.
- Lead the flight deck, fostering a professional, collaborative culture focused on safety and service.
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures and all regulatory requirements.
- Exercise sound operational judgement in dynamic, time-critical situations.
- Represent the brand with professionalism at all times, on the ground and in the air.
What You Bring
- Current Captain experience with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proven commitment to safety, SOPs, and high operational standards.
- Excellent communication, CRM, and coaching abilities.
- Readiness to complete an A320 Type Rating prior to line duties.
- Flexibility to be based at LGW and operate across a varied network.
