What you’ll do:
- Lead safe, reliable, and passenger-centric operations on our HA-420, ensuring every flight is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.
- Serve as PIC on the HondaJet HA-420 for domestic and international missions under Part 91.
- Plan and conduct flights, including performance calculations, weight & balance, weather analysis, fuel strategy, alternates, and risk assessments.
- Comply with all FARs, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
- Coordinate closely with scheduling, maintenance, and ground service providers to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
- Deliver discreet, high-touch service to principals and guests, safeguarding confidentiality at all times.
- Champion a strong safety culture, including adherence to reporting protocols and continuous improvement practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- License: ATPL (UK CAA acceptable). FAA ATP and/or valid EASA licence preferred.
- Type rating: Current HA-420 HondaJet type rating required; minimum 200 hours in type.
- Experience: 3,500 hours total time; 2,000 hours PIC; 1,000 hours turbine.
- Medical: Class 1.
- Language: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Travel ability: Unrestricted entry to the EU, US, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
Preferred profile:
- FAA ATP and/or valid EASA pilot’s licence.
- Strong Part 91 experience with international operations.
- Proficiency with modern avionics and EFB workflows (e.g., Garmin G3000 environment, performance apps, digital charts).
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and professional discretion.
- Proactive, organized, and able to adapt to changing itineraries.
Compliance & standards:
- All applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
