The mission
As a First Officer, you’ll operate commercial passenger services on the A320 family, partnering with the Captain and wider team to deliver safe, compliant and efficient operations on every sector.
- Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead robust pre‑flight planning, performance calculations and threat/error management.
- Manage aircraft automation, FMS and navigation to optimise safety and efficiency.
- Maintain exemplary airmanship, crew resource management and decision‑making.
- Contribute to a strong safety and reporting culture through briefings and debriefs.
- Stay current through training, checking and continuous professional development.
Minimum requirements
- In type: Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
- Type rating: Valid A320 family type rating (required).
- Currency: Operated as a Commercial Passenger Co‑Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at point of application).
- License required: UK CAA‑issued CPL with valid IR and Multi‑Engine (ME).
- Medical: Class 1.
- ICAO ELP level: 4 or above.
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided; you must have the right to work without employer sponsorship.
