The opportunity to step into a high-energy short-haul operation as an A320 Family First Officer. If you hold a UK CAA licence and strong multi-crew experience, we’ll provide the Airbus type rating and the support to help you thrive on the flight deck. You’ll fly across the UK and Europe, working with a safety-first, performance-driven team committed to outstanding operational standards and passenger experience.
What you’ll do:
- Operate A320 Family aircraft to the highest safety, compliance and SOP standards alongside the Captain and cabin crew.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, briefings, performance calculations and threat/error management.
- Maintain exemplary CRM, communication and situational awareness in all phases of flight.
- Uphold UK CAA regulations, company policies and rigorous reporting and continuous improvement practices.
- Engage fully with training, checking and recurrent programmes to keep skills current and sharp.

Minimum requirements:
- Total time: 1,000 hours
- Flight time: 500 hours on aircraft above 10 tonnes MTOW
- Currency: Operated on aircraft above 10 tonnes MTOW within the last 12 months (at point of application)
- Licences: UK CAA CPL, IR, ME
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ICAO ELP Level 4
- Type rating: Not required — training provided (A320 Family)
- Right to work: The right to live and work in the UK, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
Training and progression:
Successful candidates will receive a full A320 Family type rating and induction programme, designed to build confidence and competence from the first day on type. Ongoing recurrent training and checking ensure you remain current, confident and prepared for future progression opportunities.
