As a First Officer on the A320 family, you will operate safely and efficiently across a dynamic network, delivering an exceptional, on-time operation with uncompromising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the A320 family as PF/PM in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute precise flight planning, performance calculations, and thorough pre-/post-flight briefings.
  • Apply disciplined CRM, situational awareness, and sound decision-making in all phases of flight.
  • Champion a safety-first culture, reporting proactively and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Deliver a professional, courteous experience to customers and colleagues on every sector.

Qualifications

  • In type: 500 hours on A320 family
  • Currency: Flown the relevant aeroplane type within the last 12 months
  • Type rating: Current A320 family type rating
  • Licence: ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL issued by the UK CAA; or hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA “Third Country CPL and ATPL licence conversion requirements” (routes 3, 4, 5 or 6)
  • Ratings held: IR and ME
  • Licence authority accepted: UK CAA or EASA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6
