Ravenair is seeking Line Training Captains to elevate operational excellence and pilot performance.
You will deliver line training, lead proficiency checks, and support continuous improvement across the operation while playing a visible part in pilot selection and training administration.
- What you’ll do
- Deliver line training to flight crew in accordance with company procedures, AOC standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct proficiency checks and objective assessments; provide clear pre‑flight briefings and thorough post‑flight debriefs.
- Plan and run training exercises that strengthen safety, standardisation, and operational performance.
- Coach and mentor Captains and First Officers, offering constructive feedback and development plans.
- Participate in pilot selection, including interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Maintain accurate training records, check forms, and training administration documentation.
- Collaborate with Flight Operations, Safety, and Compliance to embed best practice and a just culture.
- What you’ll bring
ATPL licence (required).
- Extensive command experience with a strong focus on standards and SOP discipline.
- Proven training, coaching, or checking experience; formal instructor/examiner approvals are an advantage.
- Current knowledge of applicable aviation regulations and AOC operational requirements.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and decision‑making skills with a safety‑first mindset.
