The opportunity Take the left seat on a Global Express and lead premium operations with safety, professionalism, and poise. You will set the tone for a high‑performing cockpit, partner seamlessly with your crew and operations teams, and deliver a refined experience for every flight—all while upholding the highest regulatory and company standards. What you will do Act as PIC, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations from briefing to shutdown. Lead by example—fostering strong CRM, teamwork, and clear communication with crew, passengers, and ground teams. Exercise sound judgment and decisive action in dynamic, time‑critical situations. Manage workload effectively across all phases of flight, prioritising safety and operational excellence. Adhere to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable regulations. Operate flexibly to meet schedule requirements, including irregular hours when needed.
