The mission


Command the Gulfstream G650 with full Pilot in Command authority, leading assigned crews to deliver safe, efficient, and world‑class operations. You will coordinate closely with Operations and Maintenance, uphold airworthiness and documentation standards, and provide a polished, personalised service to our passengers on every flight.



Key responsibilities



  • PIC leadership: Exercise final authority for safe operation; perform all Captain/PIC duties in line with Company procedures and EASA regulations.

  • Crew coordination: Direct flight crew, ensure role clarity, maintain professional, efficient, and cordial teamwork; liaise with the Fleet Manager on duty assignments and training.

  • Airworthiness & documentation: Confirm aircraft airworthiness and required documents onboard; maintain a current medical and report any condition affecting performance.

  • Operational communication: Coordinate with Operations and relevant departments to relay operational messages promptly between crew and Ops.

  • Maintenance liaison: Report and document discrepancies; brief Maintenance and advise Operations of current aircraft status.

  • Passenger care: Greet passengers, assist with seating and luggage, deliver safety briefings, and ensure a seamless cabin experience.

  • Ground support: Conduct pre‑/post‑flight inspections; load/unload baggage (up to 23 kg); assist with snow/ice removal; install/remove engine covers; perform routine aircraft cleaning.

  • Compliance & reporting: Promptly report known/suspected violations and incidents; uphold EASA Flight Operations and Company standards.



Required qualifications & flight experience



  • Valid EASA ATPL and EASA Class 1 Medical.

  • Valid UK/EU/EEA passport or legal right to live and work in Europe and/or the UK.

  • English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 5 minimum.

  • Ability to travel internationally to all Flexjet operating destinations.

  • Minimum 4,500 total flight hours.

  • Minimum 2,000 PIC hours.

  • 500 Multi‑Engine Land hours on MPA and 500 Multi‑Engine Turbine hours on MPA.

  • 500 actual instrument hours.



Preferred



  • 500+ hours on a similar type.

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience in Commercial Air Transport and/or Corporate Aviation operations.



Skills & attributes



  • Comprehensive knowledge of EASA Flight Operations regulations.

  • Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with tablets, email, word processing, and web‑based applications.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to operational excellence.

  • Collaborative team player with professional appearance and grooming standards.



Working conditions & physical requirements



  • Operate in aircraft/airport environments with moving mechanical equipment and elevated work areas.

  • Exposure to extreme weather (heat, cold, rain, snow) and high‑noise conditions.

  • Contact with aviation fuels, chemicals, and lavatory servicing fluids.

  • Lift and move items up to 23 kg; conduct pre‑/post‑flight inspections and ground handling tasks.

  • Meet vision standards (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment) and maintain Class 1 Medical.
