Bring your A320 expertise to a safety-first, team-driven cockpit. As a Direct Entry First Officer, you will operate across the A320 family, applying sharp airmanship, disciplined SOP adherence and exemplary CRM to deliver a smooth, efficient operation on every sector.

Minimum requirements

  • In-type experience: Minimum 500 hours on the Airbus A320 family.
  • Type rating: Current and valid A320 type rating required.
  • Currency: Flown the A320 family within the last 12 months.
  • Licences: Current UK CAA Flight Crew Licence (ATPL(A), Frozen ATPL(A) or MPL) OR hold an EASA licence and meet the UK CAA Third Country CPL/ATPL licence conversion requirements (routes 3, 4, 5 or 6).
  • Ratings: Frozen ATPL with IR and ME.
  • Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical.
  • Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 6.
  • Passport: Valid passport with at least 12 months remaining.
  • Work eligibility: You must have the right to live and work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
