The opportunity to command the E170/E190 across a dynamic network with an airline invested in your success. This is a permanent, direct‑entry Captain role with a structured E‑Jet training pathway for non‑type rated pilots. What you'll do:

  • Lead safe, compliant multi‑crew operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Exercise sound judgment in all phases of flight, maintaining high safety margins and operational efficiency.
  • Coach and mentor flight deck colleagues, fostering teamwork and a just culture.
  • Deliver excellent customer outcomes through professional, calm and proactive decision‑making.
  • Champion continuous improvement in safety, training and operational performance.

What you’ll bring:

  • Total time: 2,500 hours
  • Multi‑crew time: 1,000 hours on multi‑crew aircraft
  • Currency: Recent on previous type within the last 6 months
  • Licence: Frozen ATPL (A) with IR and ME, or MPL
  • Open to: EASA or UK CAA licence holders meeting UK CAA conversion routes 3, 4, 5 or 6
  • Passport: Valid with at least 12 months remaining
  • ICAO ELP: Level 6
  • Preferred: E‑Jet type rating desirable but not essential

Training and progression:

Non‑type rated candidates will complete a full E‑Jet type rating and command integration program, designed to transition experienced multi‑crew pilots into E‑Jet command safely and efficiently.
