- Command safe, compliant, and efficient Challenger 300/350 operations in all phases of flight.
- Lead and mentor the flight deck, championing CRM, SOP discipline, and a just culture.
- Own flight preparation: performance, mass & balance, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and alternates.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and SMS reporting standards.
- Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with discretion and service‑minded professionalism.
