Your mission: Assist the Captain in the safe, efficient, and professional operation of all flights, upholding UK CAA regulations, company SOPs, and high service standards. Lead thorough pre‑flight preparation including performance, weight and balance, fuel planning, and aircraft documentation. Carry out aircraft checks, flows, and callouts; monitor systems, weather, and aircraft performance from takeoff to touchdown. Manage clear and concise communications with ATC, ground services, and internal stakeholders. Champion safety and compliance, contributing to the Safety Management System and accurate flight records. Deliver a discreet, client‑focused onboard experience consistent with executive charter expectations. Adapt to operational demands, including short‑notice changes, weekends, and public holidays.

What you will bring: Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour. Strong CRM, situational awareness, and sound decision‑making under pressure. Desirable experience: Previous multi‑engine turbine time. King Air 200 type rating (preferred but not essential). Background in corporate/executive or charter operations.
