The opportunity

As First Officer, you will operate within a tight-knit team delivering premium executive and charter services. This is an ideal role for a motivated pilot seeking to develop in a professionally run operation with structured training, strong safety culture, and exposure to discerning clientele.

What you'll do

  • Assist the Captain in the safe conduct of flights in accordance with UK CAA regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Contribute to flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM review.
  • Carry out thorough pre-flight inspections and ensure aircraft documentation and operational paperwork are complete and accurate.
  • Operate avionics and navigation systems, manage radio communications, and support high cockpit standards and CRM.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience, representing the company with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Maintain personal training currency and proficiency, participating in recurrent training as scheduled.
  • Adapt to operational demands, including roster changes, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Report to and liaise with the Head of Flight Operations to uphold safety, compliance, and performance standards.

What you'll bring

  • Minimum requirements
    • UK CAA CPL with valid IR.
    • Class 1 Medical.
    • ICAO English Level 4 or higher.
    • Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
    • Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanour.
    • Flexibility to meet operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays.
    • Type rating not required; training provided.
  • Preferred
    • Previous multi-engine turbine experience.
    • Experience within corporate/executive or charter operations.
