- What You’ll Do
- Execute pre‑flight planning, performance, and threat/error management in line with company SOPs.
- Operate the 737NG with precision across all phases of flight, ensuring procedural and regulatory compliance.
- Apply robust CRM, communicating clearly with the Captain, crew, and operations.
- Monitor flight progress, fuel, and systems, proactively managing changes and contingencies.
- Complete accurate post‑flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
