The role
As First Officer on the A320 family, you’ll partner with the Captain to deliver safe, efficient and passenger-focused operations on every sector.
- Lead thorough pre-flight planning, performance calculations and briefings in alignment with SOPs.
- Manage the FMS, monitor flight progress and prioritise aviate‑navigate‑communicate.
- Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and disciplined procedural compliance.
- Execute normal and non‑normal procedures with precision, calm and clear communication.
- Champion a just culture through accurate reporting and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Minimum requirements
- Current, valid A320 family type rating.
- Minimum 500 hours on type (logged and verifiable).
- Frozen ATPL (UK CAA) with valid IR and ME.
- Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 5 or above.
- Unrestricted right to live and work (visa sponsorship is not available).
