The role involves operating as Second-in-Command on a Boeing 747, delivering safe, compliant, and efficient operations across all phases of flight. You will execute duties in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and aircraft limitations. Responsibilities include supporting the Captain in flight planning, performance calculations, mass and balance, and operational decision-making. You will manage and monitor flight management, navigation, and communication systems to ensure precise situational awareness. Applying robust CRM and TEM principles is essential to maintain a proactive safety culture. Professional representation of the flight deck with clear English communication and effective crew coordination is required.
Minimum requirements:
- Total time: 1500 hours
- Flight time notes: 1500 hours on aircraft types that satisfy ZFTT, including B747 or an equivalent Boeing aircraft with a valid type rating, flown within the last 12 months.
- Type rating: Required
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: UK CAA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP level: 4
- Visa sponsorship: Not provided
- Passport: Valid, unrestricted for worldwide travel
