What you'll do
- Assist with pre-flight planning, performance calculations, fuel planning, and weather/NOTAM review.
- Execute checklists and standard calls; monitor aircraft systems and automation, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs.
- Maintain situational awareness, manage threats and errors, and contribute to a strong CRM culture.
- Support the Captain and First Officer during all phases of flight, including take-off, climb, cruise, descent, and approach as assigned.
- Complete post-flight duties, tech log entries, and safety reports as required.
- Champion safety, compliance, and a just culture across every sector.
What you bring
- Type-rated on Boeing 737NG, current or recently current.
- Minimum 100 hours on a multi-engine or military aircraft.
- UK CAA Frozen ATPL(A) or MPL with valid IR and ME.
- Class 1 medical.
- ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom (visa sponsorship is not available).
- A professional, safety-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused operation.
Flight time notes: Minimum 100 hours on a multi-engine or military aircraft and a Frozen ATPL or MPL are required.
