Your mission is to operate the 737NG to the highest safety and service standards, supporting the Captain across all phases of flight. You will apply robust CRM, adhere to SOPs, and contribute to a positive, professional cockpit culture. Prepare and execute flights in accordance with company manuals and regulations. Conduct thorough briefings, performance calculations, and fuel management. Monitor aircraft systems, manage threats and errors, and make sound decisions under time pressure. Communicate clearly with ATC, cabin crew, and ground operations.
Minimum requirements:
- Time on type: 500 hours on Boeing 737NG
- Type rating: Current Boeing 737NG type rating
- License: UK CAA Frozen ATPL with IR and ME
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 5
- Work authorisation: Able to work without visa sponsorship
